Inauguration of the 89 mw goudel power plant built in ppp

the President of the Republic Mr. Issoufou Mahamadou inaugurated the Goudel power plant. This power plant was built under PPP agreement between the state of Niger and Istithmar West Africa for an investment estimated at 80 million Euros.
